US 12 NEPA support
HRA assisted the Washington State Department of Transportation with public involvement and National Environmental Policy Act documentation for a project to US Highway 12, from Wallula to Walla Walla.
HRA assisted with tribal consultation, background research, and field investigations, including inventories for archaeological properties and historical buildings and structures, and developing recommendations for listings in the National Register of Historic Places or the Walla Walla County landmarks program.
